Therapy for Professionals in Manhattan & Across NYC

Handle the pressure with more ease. Thrive in your 9 to 5.

The pressure at work has been changing you—and not in ways you’re proud of.

It feels like there’s no room for error in the career trajectory you’re aiming for. But that mindset makes everything harder—you overthink, get less done, and still feel like it's never good enough. Your fuse is shorter than you’d like, and you’ve caught yourself snapping at coworkers or loved ones, then feeling guilty for hours afterward. You’re always “on” and thinking about work, but instead of helping, it’s starting to hold you back.

MAYBE YOU’VE BEEN…

  • Pushing yourself to keep up, but no matter how many times you skip the gym or cancel plans, it still feels like you’re falling behind your peers.

  • Holding yourself to impossible standards and overthinking everything, only to second-guess it all again tomorrow.

  • Saying no to big opportunities—not because you don’t want them, but because you’re not sure you can handle one more thing.

  • Struggling to be present with friends or your partner, because your mind is always wandering back to that work email you didn’t finish.

  • Feeling frustrated or ashamed that you're not handling things better or that you’re drinking more to unwind (even though from the outside, it looks like you’re doing great).

  • Trying to power through the anxiety or panic, while quietly avoiding the meetings or moments that have triggered it before.

You didn’t end up where you are just by “luck.”

It’s time to lean into your strengths, trust that you belong in the room, and make room for taking care of yourself.

MY APPROACH

Giving you the tools to bring your potential to life.

When we start working together, we’ll spend time getting really clear on what you want your life to look like and what’s not working right now. From there, we’ll map out a plan to help you close the gap between the two.

I use a mix of CBT and ACT, which are both practical, proven approaches. CBT helps you spot and shift the thoughts and beliefs that have been holding you back, while ACT helps you focus on what really matters to you and take meaningful steps in that direction.

Our work together is collaborative and goal-oriented—we’re not just talking about feelings, we’re making changes. Over time, as I get to know your patterns and how you think, I can act more like an advisor: helping you spot roadblocks before they slow you down, offering new ways of seeing things, and helping you figure out what to do next when things feel stuck.

This isn’t about becoming someone totally different or being completely stress-free. It’s about getting back in touch with the version of you that feels capable, clear-minded, and grounded—even when life and work are intense.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Therapy helps you get out of your own way. If anxiety, self-doubt, or overthinking are slowing you down, we’ll work on practical tools and mindset shifts so you can show up with more confidence and clarity. Together, we’ll figure out what’s holding you back, and how to move through it without losing the drive that’s gotten you this far. My role is to help you stay aligned with your goals—and actually enjoy the process of getting there.

  • Most people I work with start feeling better and more in control within a few months. You won’t be in therapy forever—we’ll focus on what matters most to you, make a plan, and keep things moving. Some clients choose to stay longer to build on progress or work through new goals as they come up. You can always scale up or down depending on what you need.

  • Before becoming a therapist, I worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—including the busiest ER on the east coast, where I was a social worker, and later in healthcare sales and marketing roles—so I get what it’s like to navigate deadlines, big meetings, and the kind of pressure that doesn’t really shut off. That firsthand experience helps me understand how anxiety and performance struggles show up at work—and what it actually takes to change them. I’ve also spent years helping professionals across industries feel more confident and capable in high-stakes roles. Therapy with me blends that real-world insight with practical tools that work.
