I’m not here to tell you to slow down or do less—I’m here to help you carry the pressure differently.
If you’ve tried therapy before and walked away thinking, “They just don’t get what I’m trying to build,” I hear you. I’m not the kind of therapist who will call your relationship to your work unhealthy, tell you to scale back, or give unhelpful advice like “just breathe through it.” You’re in a chapter of life where your work, goals, and drive matter—and I respect that. My job isn’t to steer you away from your ambition, it’s to help you show up for it with less anxiety, more clarity, and tools that actually work in real life.
